Complete the form by Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Please note that OPA is not responsible for any incidentals, and a credit card will be needed for any additional charges upon check in.
Important: OPA MUST be informed of any changes in arrival and departure dates in advance of the meeting as OPA is responsible for charges based on the dates provided to the hotel, and will be billed for “no-shows” unless the room is cancelled.
