Please note: OPA MUST be informed of any changes in arrival and departure dates in advance of the meeting. OPA is responsible for charges based on the dates provided to the hotel, and will be billed for “no-shows” unless the room is cancelled.

Unless otherwise specified, OPA will be responsible for 1 night stay room + tax charges only. Delegates will be responsible for any personal charges such as movies, telephone charges, internet access, room service etc. Delegates will be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in by the hotel to cover these charges. We encourage delegates to share a room with another delegate to keep costs down.
