The ONLY Physiotherapy Clinic in Chatham that doesn’t delegate care away - We value our client’s healthcare dollar, and believe they are best served by one-on-one direct care with our amazing Physiotherapists! We see a max of two clients per hour, (no MVA or WSIB) with 1-hour initial assessments for: Orthopedic Physiotherapy What we offer… Competitive Salary: Your first 3 months are paid for – no need to stress about building up a caseload! Whether you’re treating patients, mentoring, or researching your client’s care – we’ve got you covered! After 3 months, our fee split model begins at 40:60 split for new grads (PT:Clinic), which means as a new grad you can make up to $60/hour. Mentorship: One-on-one mentorship with our team of PT’s that have nearly 50 years of combined experience! We offer mentorship with PT’s who have advanced training in Orthopedics, Neurological Rehab and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. Mentorship is PAID, and is available whenever you need it! Daily/weekly – we are here to help you! Vacation Pay: Vacation pay is 4% of your gross earnings during the first five years of employment, followed by 6% after accruing five or more years of employment. We will also pay you for the statutory holidays, as well as your birthday as a paid day off! Willow Health will also copay the percentage into Employment Insurance and Canada Pension, which will make you eligible for leaves of unemployment, parental, and illness as per the EI legislation.
