function health + wellness is a thriving multidisciplinary clinic, established in 2021 by chiropractors Dr. Stephanie Romero and Dr. Andrew Thomson. Over the past few years, we have expanded our team to include Registered Massage Therapists, Naturopathic Doctors, and a dedicated Clinic Experience Team. The Opportunity:

With an ever expanding caseload and an ever growing demand for services from our community, we are excited to welcome a physiotherapist to our team. We have always valued inter-professional collaboration and we look forward to growing our physiotherapy practice. We welcome both new grads and tenured practitioners to our  team!

Our clinic community demographic includes young families, professionals, and athletic populations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about integrating manual therapy with an active rehabilitation approach. 

Our Mission:

Our clinic is designed with patient comfort and accessibility in mind, featuring five private treatment rooms, a large community/multipurpose room, accessible washroom, and a staff room. Our convenient location offers ample parking with easy access from the 401 and Hanlon Expressway, allowing us to serve patients from Guelph, Rockwood, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, and surrounding areas. 

Successful Candidates Will:

• Provide high-quality assessments and treatments to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic and the community to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients on injury prevention, management, and rehabilitation strategies
• Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the clinic’s multidisciplinary approach

What We’re Looking For:

• Practitioners with a valid licence to practice in Ontario
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• A genuine passion for improving patient outcomes and contributing to community health
• Availability to start as early as late September
