NATIONAL PHYSIOTHERAPY MONTH – DONATE YOUR KICKS CAMPAIGN
Donate Your Kicks Campaign 2024
Participate in our 2024 Donate Your Kicks Campaign during the month of May! It’s easy to do:
- Set up a collection box at your clinic or work place.
- Print this Information handout and this Poster to advertise to your clients.
- Encourage clients and staff to donate their used, but in good shape running shoes to go towards the Clothing Closet at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare.
- Check your Windsor District emails to contact Amy who can pick up shoes at the end of the month.
We had a great response from HDGH, and Windsor and Essex County in 2023, with 5 community partner physiotherapy clinics raising the bulk of our donations. We would love to do even better this year! Let’s make it a community effort!

DONATE YOUR KICKS 2023
Thanks to all who donated shoes to our annual shoe drive!
We collected 90 pairs of shoes.
These shoes have been distributed to the clothing closet @ Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare allowing patients to have access to good footwear during their hospital stay which significantly helps to mobilize those patients on their rehab journey.
A special thank you to our community partners who also collected:

- Lifemark Physiotherapy
- Western Ontario and Sports Injury and Rehab Centre
Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare’s (HDGH) Month of May Mobility Challenge
To honor NPM staff at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare participated in a mobility challenge tallying the distance in meters that our patients walked each day in May.
Congratulations to RH4 and CMC2 for winning the challenge!
