Job Description
At Meadowlands Physiotherapy we believe in whole body health. We don't just treat injuries, we help clients take preventative measures so they can stay healthy and spend more time doing the things they love.

Our clinic has been in Ancaster for over 20 years and it has a great reputation with the community and local doctors.  We have an amazing staff that have formed strong relationships over the years.  Our multi-disciplinary clinic continues to grow.   We have Registered Physiotherapist with a variety of special interests (pelvic health, concussion, TMD, dry needling), Registered Massage Therapists and Pilates Instructors.

We offer you:

  1. Clinical Mentorship program – for new grads or clinicians looking to upgrade their skills and certifications
  2. 3-5 assessments per week to build your caseload quickly
  3. Regular support in building and maintaining your caseload
  4. $1,000 Education allowance per year
  5. Paid subscription (approx. $200) to clinician education site Embodia
  6. Vacation pay ($)
  7. Paid onboarding and training
  8. Free access to all of our pilates classes
  9. We manage all reception, appointments, invoicing, and billing for you
  10. Private Assessment Rooms
  11. No double booked treatment sessions

 We believe in MENTORSHIP!

Whether you are a season clinician or new grad, we help you plan your certification and (new) programs to sharpen and add new skills to your clinical tool-kit. As clinicians our learning never ends.  There are many areas that we are able to provide fantastic mentorship opportunities for you.  On staff we have a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, 3 FCAMPT therapists, Concussion/Vestibular Focus Physiotherapist and multiple physiotherapists with special interest in TMD and Osteoporosis.

As a new grad you can also take advantage of our Direct Mentorship Program. The Direct Mentorship Program is on-going until you feel like a clinician superstar.

How does it work? What does it include?

  • You will meet regularly with a dedicated clinical mentor
  • Practice new and advance techniques to build and sharpen your skills
  • Course and certification planning
  • Get help to build a full caseload and maintain it
  • Learn how to create a treatment plan and keep patients committed to it so they graduate and get their outcomes

Required Competencies:

  • Registered member (in good standing) with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
