What We’re Looking For
- A qualified and registered Physiotherapist in the Province of Ontario with a passion for patient care
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- A motivated individual with a strong interest in business and clinic growth
- Someone who is open to long-term opportunities and potential ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who values collaboration and innovation
Patient Assessment & Treatment
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Utilize a variety of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.
- Provide education on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and wellness maintenance.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely administrative staff other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment progress, and reports.
- Educate and guide patients on self-management techniques and lifestyle modifications.
Professional Development & Compliance
- Stay current with the latest physiotherapy practices and research.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, professional standards, and clinic policies.
- Maintain certification, membership and licensing requirements as per governing bodies.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles.
- Excellent manual therapy skills and hands-on treatment techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to analyze and develop effective treatment plans.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to improving quality of life.
