What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified and registered Physiotherapist in the Province of Ontario with a passion for patient care
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
  • A motivated individual with a strong interest in business and clinic growth
  • Someone who is open to long-term opportunities and potential ownership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who values collaboration and innovation

Patient Assessment & Treatment

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and medical histories.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Utilize a variety of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.
  • Provide education on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and wellness maintenance.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely administrative staff other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment progress, and reports.
  • Educate and guide patients on self-management techniques and lifestyle modifications.

Professional Development & Compliance

  • Stay current with the latest physiotherapy practices and research.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, professional standards, and clinic policies.
  • Maintain certification, membership and licensing requirements as per governing bodies.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles.
  • Excellent manual therapy skills and hands-on treatment techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
  • Ability to analyze and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to improving quality of life.
