3. Acute Medicine: Work on our med-surg units, Quinte 5 and 6, and gain expertise in acute stroke/neuro care on our integrated stroke unit. Be at the forefront of treating patients with various medical conditions.

Post Acute Care: Explore a plethora of post-acute opportunities, including our intensive rehab program on Sills 3, slow-stream rehab on the complex continuing care floor on Sills 4, and our restorative care program at our offsite Transitional Care Unit. This is a multi-site position, working across various sites within the organization. (Belleville, Trenton, Picton)

Required

• Current Certificate of Registration in good standing, or eligible for registration from the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 200 hours working in direct PT patient care situations with neurological and/or orthopaedic conditions within the last 12 months (may include student placement hours).
• Evidence of continuing professional development. (please list most recent 3 on application)
• Capable of coping with a physically demanding workload. (Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) available to review)
