This webinar is intended for physiotherapy providers in the community who are currently participating in bundled care or are interested in participating in the future. The webinar will focus on enhancing opportunities for successful implementation of the bundled care model and developing successful partnerships between physiotherapy providers and bundle holders. Participants will have the opportunity to hear from a community clinic provider and bundle holder about opportunities to successfully implement the program as a provider within the community. This webinar will also provide participants with a collective space to discuss their experiences with implementation.
