LEADERSHIP PROJECT
Leaders in our profession inspire us every day. And we all have the potential to lead.
We can influence change and exceed the expectations of what the physiotherapy
profession could be for patients, for communities across the province, and for ourselves.

WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP PROJECT?
The Leadership Project is an interactive platform to share stories and inspiration, to discuss leadership in practice, and to develop leadership skills. Videos (with additional resources for members) will help you consider which skills you need to acquire to lead in innovative practices and inspire a leadership discourse throughout the profession.
Why the Leadership Project?
The Leadership Project is an opportunity to celebrate the leadership demonstrated in our profession. Every day, OPA members give that extra effort to their patients, colleagues, and communities, and we believe it is time to recognize it.
This project is also an opportunity to fuel the spark of leadership in each of us. With the support of colleagues across the province, the Leadership Project is a tool all of us can use to take our personal leadership to the next level.
