If you wish to get more involved in the activities of the District, we are looking to fill the following Executive positions:

• President: provides oversight and leadership for the District committee’s activities; liaises with OPA staff and other Districts.
• Secretary: supports District meetings and record-keeping
• Communications: produces and coordinates information for members from the District in the newsletter and social media channels
• Education co-chair: plans and supports continuing education for District members
• We will also be seeking two trustees for financial review.

The Eastern Ontario District is the second largest district in the province. These volunteer positions offer the opportunity to engage with the varied and evolving work of OPA. Time commitments are flexible and reasonable even for busy, or not so busy folks.
