| Job Description | Motion Works Physiotherapy Orleans is a Physiotherapist-owned and managed clinic with an excellent reputation for quality care and patient focused outcomes. Our established Pelvic/Ortho clinic is located in a large beautiful modern medical building (Ottawa Medical Group) with strong referral sources.
We have a steady flow of both Pelvic and Ortho PT referrals and are seeking a skilled self-motivated pelvic physiotherapist to join our team full-time &/or part-time.
This is a salaried position, $100K per year (full-time) including: paid vacation, paid wellness days (sick days), continuing education allowances. Mentorship, coaching, and participation as a valued team member are always part of our philosophy at Motion Works Physiotherapy Orleans. Part-time positions are available also with pro-rated compensation. Independent contractor pay structure also available.

- We are located in prime medical building (with over 14 OB/GYN; urologists; 8 Family Medicine Physicians; 2 fertility clinics; Pharmacy; Imaging; and more, on site).
- We provide individualized, evidence-based, quality client care; PT - emphasized on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and client education.
- Services offered: physiotherapy (pelvic floor and orthopaedic), massage therapy, dietitian, and orthopaedic supplies (braces, compression stockings, etc.).
- Caseload- varied pre- and post-natal, pelvic pain, fertility, and orthopaedic conditions. Pelvic physiotherapy appointment durations vary on needs; orthopaedic follow-up appointments (2/hour). Assessments – 60-minute one-on-one.
- Candidate holds current practice experience in Pelvic Health/Physiotherapy AND/ORinterest in pursuing further continuing education in pelvic floor physiotherapy. Funding available for appropriate candidate working toward completing all 3 levels of Pelvic Health Solutions training, or equivalent.
- Training in manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, exercise prescription - an asset.
- Active, in good standing, independent practice member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO), rostered for Pelvic Physiotherapy.
- Mentorship program available(team of 4 pelvic physiotherapists & 6 ortho physiotherapists).
- Monthly Professional development team meetings.
- No physiotherapy aides; one-on-one physiotherapy visits.
- PPE and all clinical equipment provided by clinic.
- Full administration, advertising, marketing, admin support provided by the clinic. ( Can easily expect 5-10 assessments per week with established caseload, and more during ramp/start up).
