Our Level I course equips you with the skills to successfully incorporate Pilates into your clinical practice. This course explores comprehensive Pilates mat, Reformer, Trapeze Table and Wunda Chair repertoire. Uniquely, we teach movement as both a diagnostic and treatment tool, plus ways integrate it with manual therapy.

This course is delivered over five modules, with pre-reading, online lectures, clinical reasoning check-ins, and case studies to support your learning. Additionally, you will be required to participate in online discussions, and complete several teaching, observation, and personal practice hours.

*Course runs 8:30am-5:30pm Saturday + Sunday.

The complete course is 250 hours, with additional time required for assignments and self-directed learning.
