Names and Emails for Emailing
All emailing will be sent by OPA centrally on behalf of Districts to ensure that we are in keeping with CASL; that all contacts are current and accurate; that the format is recognizable as OPA communications and that OPA has a copy of all communications sent on behalf of OPA and its Districts. In addition, members can decide to opt-out of emails at any time and this guarantees that only those who have given permission are contacted.
Names and Address Labels
Labels for mailing by a district, with the names and addresses of those members who have agreed to receive CPA/OPA communications will be sent to the district upon request. One set of mailing labels will be provided for any one particular mailing. A copy of the material being mailed will be sent to the OPA office to maintain a record of correspondence with members.
Names and Membership Category
A list of members’ names of the District can be provided to a District with no contact information for the purpose of verifying membership at events or for the purpose of recruitment of members or other purposes approved by the CEO.
